As the Son of God, Jesus Christ has the name that is above all names. Empowered with absolute authority and sovereignty over this world, He acts on your behalf as you pray in His name. His sole purpose is to bring glory to your Heavenly Father by carrying out His will over your life.
As you pray in His name you are:
calling upon the authority given to Christ above all things
asking God to fulfill His purpose in your life
submitting to His perfect will according to the Word of God
activating His unlimited power in every situation
displaying your bold faith in Him
Prayer
Father, thank you for the access and authority you give me through faith in Christ. In His mighty name, I find my eternal salvation, victory over sin, divine healing and wellness, and my life’s purpose. I come before you trusting in His power to accomplish all things according to your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
